Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, accessories, or protective wrapping.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

As our products are collectible items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition unless they are faulty.

Please note that blind box items opened to reveal the character inside are considered opened products and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to:
